Welcome to BizSaar (provided by BizSaar Technologies). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the BizSaar mobile application, web portal, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using our software.
1. Account Registration & Security
To use BizSaar, you must register using a valid mobile phone number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete business and contact details during account setup.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your mobile device, login session, and verification OTP codes.
- Remain solely responsible for all activities, invoices, ledger entries, notes, and records created or modified under your account.
2. Acceptable Commercial Use & Restrictions
BizSaar is designed for legitimate business management, digital billing, manual inventory tracking, customer ledger accounting, and business organization. You agree not to:
- Use the platform for fraudulent financial schemes, deceptive invoicing, unauthorized money transmission, or unlawful contraband.
- Abuse or manipulate payment QR links, loyalty points, or customer balances.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the application code.
3. Google Play In-App Subscriptions & Billing
Paid membership plans (Basic Plan at ₹99/month and Pro Plan at ₹299/month) provide premium business entitlements, including watermark-free bills, unlimited customer entries, and an ad-free experience. All in-app subscriptions on Android are processed and billed exclusively via Google Play Billing.
